Yaourt aromatisé tarte aux fraises

Voila un délicieux yaourt, toujours aussi régressif et sucré : un yaourt saveur tarte aux fraises, sans morceaux (et oui, on pense aux enfants).

Pour une tournée de 7 yaourts

  • 1 litre de lait entier (ou demi-écrémé : le yaourt sera plus liquide)
  • 1 sachet de ferment lactique Alsa
  • 10 cuillères à soupe de sirop saveur tarte aux fraises
  • Colorant alimentaire rouge (très facultatif)


Préparation :

  1. Mélanger avec un fouet : le lait, le yaourt, le lait en poudre et le sirop. (Vous pouvez ajouter 2 goutes de colorant)
  2. Répartissez ensuite la préparation dans les pots.
  3. Mettez en yaourtière pour 10h.
  4. Dès que la cuisson est finie, fermez les yaourts avec leurs couvercles puis mettez les yaourts au réfrigérateur au moins 4 heures.
  5. C’est prêt !

    il y’avait également les arômes Guimauve, cactus, caramel, bannane version bonbon, barbe à papa, pomme d’amour, etc…
